We have a secure checkout so the card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card information is not held by The Crib after the order has been processed.
We offer same day, next day, and standard (up to 3 business days) delivery across UAE. Our shipping rates are:
Dubai
- Same day delivery: AED 40.00
- Next day delivery: AED 30.00
- Standard delivery: AED 20.00
Other Emirates
- Next day delivery: AED 30.00
- Standard delivery: AED 20.00
If your order is above AED 200.00 you get FREE standard shipping!
*Same and next day delivery is only available Monday through Friday.
Same Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM UAE time will be delivered between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the same day.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time will be delivered the next business day between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time will be processed the same day. Once your order is dispatched, it may take up to 3 business days to be delivered.

All fully priced items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on sale items. Please visit the Returns page for details on how to return an item.
A delivery fee of AED 30 will be charged to exchange or return an item. You can also deliver the item back to our warehouse in Al Quoz at no extra cost.
