Orders placed before 1:00 pm UAE time will be processed the same day. Once your order is dispatched, it may take up to 3 business days to be delivered if you have opted for standard delivery. We also offer next and same day delivery options. For more information, view our Delivery & Returns page.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation, which will include tracking details for your order.

We currently only ship within the UAE. We can arrange delivery in the GCC, please email us for more details. 

While we hope you love what you bought, we understand if you change your mind, so we offer seven-day returns. We offer store credit, we do not provide cash refunds. You can find our full Returns Policy and instructions on our Delivery & Returns page.

Once you have added all the items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your promo code to your order. For every order only one promo code can be used. If you are having trouble applying your promo code, please contact our customer happiness team at hi@thecrib.ae.

Our delivery partners at ViaMe follow all safety and hygiene regulations. All delivery vehicles and boxes are sanitized daily. All drivers are temperature checked at the start of their shift. They are required to wear gloves, masks, and sanitize their hands before and after each delivery. Drivers also maintain a safe distance and offer contactless delivery.
